If you like the sun and the sea then this coastal city has lots to offer you!As a Gaming Support Agent you will be the first point of contact for the online players and you will provide friendly and personal customer service to customers via e-mail and live chat in Russian. Problem solving of technical issues as well as providing assistance and advice on the purchase of products will be part of your daily tasks.We are looking for candidates who have:Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in RUSSIANGood command in EnglishPrevious experience in a customer service desiredInterest in online games desiredComputer literateAbility to multi-taskEagerness to learn and developWilling to work abroad for min of 1 yearThe interview process for this role is done remotely via phone, skype and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful! Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: flight reimbursement, airport pickup and your accommodation is provided during your employment. The salary for this role is around 850 EURO gross per month PLUS free accommodation during your employment, so no cost for rent and utility bills.
