This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon. If you like the sun and the sea then this coastal city has lots to offer you!The roleAs a Travel Consultant you will help travelers find, plan and book their flight and hotel, ensuring a worry-free and efficient travel experience. Your daily activities will involve answering incoming calls and making outbound calls corresponding with customers, who are currently travelling or interested in purchasing/researching travel by following standard scripts and procedures. Your main tasks will be to greet and converse with customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner, whilst effectively turning the customers inquries into sales.RequirementsThe successful Customer Advisor has:Fluency in English and DUTCHPrevious Customer service experience desiredProblem solving skillsAbilty to muti-taskSalary, Relocation Package and BenefitsThis is a full-time position, 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday 7am-7pm, with a 24hr availability. You will be informed in advance of your shifts, that are 8 hours and an additional hour lunch break.The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone, skype and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful! Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: flight reimbursement, airport pickup and your accommodation is provided during your employment.
