- Responsible for carrying out Objectives Continuous Improvement Annuals established by the organization.
- Direct and coordinate the Plant Improvement Program.
- Train factory personnel in improvement tools (Lean, SixSigma)
- Work together with the management team to identify opportunities for improvement in objectives measurable management tools (MOS).
- Evaluate the current operating status of the facilities, developing a future state, monitoring and controlling the progress of the implementation plan.
- Promote specific events or workshops to identify new opportunities and maintain a portfolio of projects.
- Prepare the annual improvement project plan (CI roadmap), including projects JDI, SixSigma and Lean, together with the factory management team. Work with all levels of the factory to execute it in a timely manner.
- Manage and control the progress of projects of Continuous Improvement. Lead the team to achieve the objective savings plan established by the organization. Create action plans in case of deviation from the objective.
- Obtain the involvement of Process Owners in the execution of improvement projects in your area. Ensure that improvements are sustained and that controls maintain results.
- Carry out an annual review of objectives and the Development Plan for the Personnel in their charge. Responsible for promoting and training the IC Specialist.
- Use the company's management, monitoring and reporting systems to prepare improvement plans, monitor compliance with project deadlines and compliance with savings objectives.
- Help process owners overcome process difficulties project
- Document and share best practices with other levels of the organization, including other plants.
- Collaborate with the factory team in implementing new systems, innovative solutions or other initiatives that improve factory processes.
- Engineering/Science degree preferred.
- Minimum Lean certification, upper green belt (Black belt Master Black belt).
- Advanced level of MS Office.
- Experience with team leadership and team project management.
- Knowledge of external (ISO TS) and internal (OIP, LPIT, MOS...) management systems.
- Experience in the automotive sector, preferably in operational areas or a Lean environment.
- Fluency in English
