- Provide technical knowledge, advice, and support to sales teams, resellers, and customers during the pre-sales process.
- Manage pre-sales technical activities for complex product/application/solution development.
- Assist customers in maximizing the value of our products and services.
- Contribute technical input to bid proposals and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Develop detailed customer installation and system integration plans.
- Lead technical support during sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product managers to define new products.
- Serve as a technical liaison on specific customer projects.
- Share and implement best practices across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of sales engineering and related technical domains
- Proven track record of working directly with Healthcare clients, ideally within the provider Health IT and/or operational clinical systems area
- Extensive knowledge of Health IT tech offerings, customer account management
- Ability to manage complex technical projects and to develop/execute technical sales strategies
- Ability to work independently and engage wider go to market stakeholders across organization both internally and externally
- Fluent English, knowledge of a second language is a plus.
