Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Business Consulting team as a Summer Intern, with a focus on Digital Transformation, Business Agility and Business Processes & Automation areas. Expected duration 8 weeks, full time, and hybrid work.As an intern, you will be involved in the following activities:

Participation in projects for clients in the mapping and documentation of business processes and ideation of new ways to bring efficiency to them;
Collaborate and gaining exposure to a variety of industries and challenges;
Conduct research, analysis, and presentations to support project deliverables;
Participation in the creation of new approaches to solve business problems in different business sectors;
Engage in mentorship opportunities and receive guidance from seasoned professionals in the field.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Management or Engineering;
Curiosity and passion for technology areas;
Advanced use of Excel and Power Point;
Fluent Portuguese and good knowledge of English;
Demonstrate creativity, adaptability and offer outside of the box solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive, think creatively and have a problem solver mindset.
