Sell cruise packages
Cross-Sell or Upsell cruise packages and associated products
Customer support for post-booking and booking management
Support travel agents with bookings and booking management
Support customer with information about a range of questions like destination, boats, documentations, prices etc.

Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:

Fluent, verbal and written in English (C1)
Have proved computer skills and diligent worker
Have high attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Have the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
Being skilled in multi-tasking is essential
