- Analyse the financial performance of the assigned area and ensure the accuracy and consistency of reported data;
- Validate monthly accounting entries, ensuring the correct financial representation of business operations;
- Perform financial instruments reconciliations, identifying discrepancies related to interest rates, P&L impacts and other variances;
- Investigate anomalies and variations, proposing corrective actions and process improvements;
- Prepare detailed financial analyses to support decision-making;
- Collaborate with internal teams including accounting, controlling, treasury and operations;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting and analysis processes.
- Degree in Economics, Management, Finance or a related field;
- Over 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in Controlling roles;
- Solid knowledge of financial reconciliation and financial instruments;
- Advanced Excel skills (mandatory);
- Minimum B2 level of English (required);
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and critical thinking;
- Leadership experience is valued;
