- work as Technical Product Owner on our production/MES application and implement innovative projects and concepts for our production
- be an integral part of our intercultural and international team and continuously work on the further development of our future-oriented innovation projects
- as Technical Product Owner you will take over the technical & process-related responsibility for our applications used in our factories worldwide
- develop practicable solutions together with your agile software development team, business partners and software architects
- understand business requirements, translate them into technical requirements and question the status quo in order to consciously improve your applications
- Define user stories in coordination with the business and prepare them for development
- Develop robust and flexible global applications and manage the technical product backlog of the applications
- Lead software development projects on the development and IT operations side
- Degree in (business) computer science or another degree program with a focus on information technology
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a product owner or IT project manager
- Knowledge of software programming with Java, Docker, microservice and hybrid cloud
- Understanding of and experience with agile working methods (e.g. SCRUM) and tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira)
- Experience in modeling IT processes and describing user stories
- Strong communication skills and enjoy working in agile, self-organized and dynamic teams
- Experience with hybrid cloud microservice architectures and the specification of complex IT systems as well as working in heterogeneous system landscapes
- A high sense of responsibility, good comprehension skills and a high willingness to learn
- Fluency in written and spoken English
