Release Manager

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate releases across multiple applications, environments, and teams.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure proper use of release management tools.
• Lead risk assessments, implement rollback strategies, and ensure compliance with governance and audit standards.
• Organize and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) sessions, manage change calendars, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Drive incident management by leading major incident responses, coordinating crisis communication, and minimizing business disruption.
• Perform root cause analysis, conduct postmortems, and feed lessons learned back into change and release processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and reliable release execution.
• Provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders on release status, risks, and progress.

• +4 years experience as a Release Manager or in a similar role within IT, software development, or DevOps.
• Strong expertise in release planning, coordination, and execution.
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, release management tools, and automation practices.
• Experience in change management, including leading CAB sessions and managing complex change calendars.
• Track record in incident management, crisis communication, and root cause analysis.
• Solid understanding of risk management, governance, and audit compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, resilience under pressure, and the ability to make sound decisions.
• Living in Porto (Hybrid role)
• Fluent level of English.
