Provide technical leadership for SAP projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
Develop and implement S4HANA solutions tailored to the utilities sector.
Manage and mentor a team of S4HANA developers and consultants.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Conduct thorough analysis of complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
Ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of SAP systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends
Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities
Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Technical administration of SAP systems (ERP, S/4HANA)
Management of cloud environments (mainly in the context of RISE and AWS)
Management of SAP transports and authorisations
Participation in digital transformation projects, including migration to S/4HANA and cloud
Support for audits and compliance with security and regulatory standards
Knowledge of SAP modules relevant to the utilities industry
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in mentoring and developing technical teams
Proficiency in SAP programming languages and tools (e.g., ABAP, SAP HANA)
Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies and best practices
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
English is a plus.
