- Be enrolled in a doctoral program or meet the necessary conditions to be enrolled in a doctoral program, a requirement to be proven at the time of hiring. Alternatively, applicants may be enrolled in a non-degree course that is part of the educational project of a higher education institution, developed in association or cooperation with one or more R&D units, a requirement to be proven at the time of recruitment;
- Have completed a curricular internship in the field of Organizational, Social and Work Psychology;
- Present a proposal for the work plan to be developed, taking into account the theme of the project "How to work on the development of professional paths with different audiences, considering the point of view of work psychology?" (maximum limit of 2 pages).
- If the candidate holds a Master degree awarded by a foreign higher education institution, it must be recognised by a Portuguese higher education institution, in accordance with the provisions of article 25 of Decree-Law no. 66/2018 of 16 August, which approves the legal regime for the recognition of academic degrees and higher education diplomas awarded by foreign higher education institutions, and Article 4 (2) (e) of Decree-Law no. 60/2018 of 3 August, and any formalities established therein be fulfilled up to the date of the contracting act.
- Have experience of participating in consultancy projects in Work Psychology, particularly in the area of Employability and the development of professional paths at different stages of the approach to the job market;
- Have experience in developing and managing content and events in the context of developing paths for young people in higher education;
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
- Proven mastery of quantitative and/or qualitative methodologies;
- Availability for short-term national travel (to be mentioned in the letter of motivation).

- Participation in writing reports, scientific articles and other dissemination materials and supports.

- Motivation letter written in English (indicating availability to start work and availability for short-term national travel);
- A copy of the qualification certificate(s) (and the respective recognition of the academic degree(s), if obtained at a foreign higher education institution - to be provided by the time of recruitment), to prove compliance with the minimum admission requirement indicated in point 2(a) of this notice;
- Proof of enrolment in a doctorate or, alternatively, in a non-degree course that is part of the educational project of a higher education institution, developed in association or cooperation with one or more R&D units, to prove compliance with the minimum admission requirement indicated in point 2 (b) of this notice (to be proved by the time of recruitment);
- Proposal of work plan (max. 2 pages) to prove compliance with the minimum admission requirement indicated in point 2(d) of this notice;
- Motivation letter reflecting the different curricular assessment criteria (point 9.2 of this notice);
- Declaration of eligibility (attached);
- Evidence of the experience and knowledge that constitute conditions of preference;
- Any documents that candidates consider relevant for assessing their merit.
