If you like the sun and the sea then this city has lots to offer you!As a Customer Support Advisor, you will represent a very well known domestic appliances brand. You will receive incoming queries from customers via phone and email, where you will answer and solve issues in a timely manner. This could be troubleshooting technical queries as well as assisting consumers in setting up service repairs for their appliances by checking availability of technicians and make appointments for service calls.We are looking for candidates who have:

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in DUTCH and English
Previous experience in a customer service role
Computer literate
Ability to multitask
Eagerness to learn and develop

The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful!
