- As an Account Manager you are in charge of all the clients' requests related to the US activity for Local and Global Custody. Provide high quality of service by being the point of contact for our clients by managing: Request for Proposal (RFP) & Onboarding Process; Service Level Agreement (SLA) Fulfilment. Deliver an excellent support and added value to a long lasting relationship
- Contribute to clients’ satisfaction by providing a good quality of service by having a detailed knowledge of the activity and control of the systems used
- Keep a continuous improvement mindset, being a source of suggestion to improve daily processes and/or new ones and working in cooperation with the colleagues
- Contribute to a good flow of information both internally (internal business partners) and externally towards the client
- Resolve all incoming queries (as soon as possible) providing initial acknowledgment in line with clients’/branches’ SLA and issue quality responses based on established criteria
- Log all queries and client service requests in the correct tools to allow statistical analysis of activity
- Maintain client details’ updated in all necessary tools and contact list databases
- Guarantee that all procedures assigned are updated on an ongoing basis, taking into account market, service and product changes and/or potential risk factors
- Develop a good level of knowledge of markets, financial instruments and market changes by regular use of various information sources (Market Updates, Client Updates, market announcements, among others)
- Be active in the continuous improvement of the team's processes, proposing and defining projects for improving service; participate in User Acceptance Testing in order to contribute to system upgrades and its development and formalise evolutions detected with clients (organization, activity, among others) and advise supervision and management
- Bachelor Degree
- Advanced (B1-B2) English level required
