This position is for Purchasing Solutions & Digital department staffing, that is part of Procurement & Performance Services (P&P) that works closely and permanently with the business lines and functions to support them in their sourcing strategies and their costs optimization
As an Accounting Analyst, will oversee maintenance, analyze, and define new accounting processes and implementation of new accounting rules and Tax requirements. Specifically, as an Accounting Analyst specialized in Cost Accounting and Tax Processes aligned with the standard model of the BNPP Group

Your Main Activities Are

As an Accounting Analyst, your main activities are to

Ensure proper functional analysis of different modules of the application in line with the Cost Accounting and Tax Processes
Capture business requirements and propose the most adequate functional Process
Accompany internal clients on the right use of the tool, including documentation and training sessions for end users
Handle complex incident management
Responsible of maintenance of Masterdata (CoA, Assets, VAT codes)
Responsible of the setup and maintenance of accounting interfaces between BNPP Financial system and GL application

Profile and Skills to Success

Bachelor degree in in Finance and Accounting
At least 5 years of Experience as an Accounting Consultant
Knowledge of accounting and finance processes
Proficiency in Office tools Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fluent in English
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to integrate a large and diverse multicultural environment
Ability to work under tight deadlines and with international locations
