- Answer and handle cases and errands from the main channels such as phone, chat, and mail.
- Handle questions from both B2B customers and B2C customers.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

- Fluency in C2 Level or Native of one of the languages;
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
- Previous experience in customer Support (preferable)
- Tech support-email,chat and voice (preferably)
- Experience in troubleshooting (preferably)
- Availability to work in rotating shifts;
- Good computer skills;
- Mandatory EU passport or Portuguese residence card;
