Together we can make a difference!About the RoleJoin our Business Services Center in Lisbon as an Intern in the Sourcing Administration Services team. This 12-month internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing operations while collaborating with a dynamic team of 35 professionals supporting Essity offices across Europe.We’re looking for people who embody our values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. If this is you, we’d love to talk.What You Will DoEmail Support: Handle dunning and reminder communications across sourcing operations.Duplicate Control: Assist in monitoring and managing internal duplicate checks.Invoice Handling: Support multiple countries in processing and managing invoices.Vendor Reconciliation: Contribute to vendor account reconciliation after training in invoice workflows.Who You AreRecently graduated in Economics, Accounting or Management.Some experience or strong interest in administrative or finance-related tasks.Some experience with Microsoft Excel and Office tools.Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude.You can communicate efficiently in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.What We Can Offer YouWith an office located in , you will work within a sustainable building boasting panoramic views, close to amenities, public transport and the airport.
