- Network - Manage and support the corporate network components
- Servers and Cloud Support - Manage and support the Servers and Cloud hybrid infrastructure components and workloads
- Software Projects' Support - Support the CI/CD infrastructure and pipelines and interact with the software development teams
- Infrastructure Maintenance - Perform routine maintenance on all infrastructure components on a regular and scheduled basis to ensure systems availability and security
- Monitoring - Manage availability and capacity of infrastructure elements and corporate services using monitoring tools
- Documentation and Reports - Maintain up-to-date corporate systems infrastructure documentation
- User Support - Assist Support Desk team and provide L2 support to the Software Engineering workforce
- 5+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Solid experience in Network and Internet technologies such as TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalls, Wi-Fi, DNS, HTTP, SSL, webservers and web service APIs
- Solid experience in Enterprise Virtualization and Cloud Technologies such as VMware Clusters, Containers, Azure, or AWS
- Good Understanding of CI/CD practices and pipelines. Experience with tools like Git, Jenkins, Nexus, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, etc will be valued
- Proficiency on Linux system administration, command line and configuration files
- Experience with command line shells, configuration files and programming automation scripts, using Bash, PowerShell or other
- Good administration skills in Microsoft products, including Windows Servers, Active Directory, Mail and Office 365 will be valued
- Fair knowledge of monitoring and logging procedures
- Working knowledge of enterprise backup processes and procedures
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in SW and HW
- Team Player with a pleasant personality and strong communication skills
- Strong customer and service orientation, flexible with a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced professional environment
- Some degree of national traveling may be required
- Portuguese Native. Fluency in English is required
