This role is critical in enhancing the operational maturity and independence of the EMEA operations, fostering collaboration and transparency between EMEA and global teams, particularly in financial planning and control. Reporting directly to the EVP EMEA and functionally to the BA CFO, the ideal candidate will be a seasoned financial leader with the ability to drive sustainable growth in a dynamic environment. In addition to managing financial operations, the VP Finance will work closely with the EVP EMEA, playing a key role in business development and helping shape the company's strategic direction.Your role in our team

You will act as a strategic business partner to executive leadership, shaping business performance and driving financial success in the EMEA region.
You will support the EVP EMEA and collaborate closely with the BA CFO, enhancing operational maturity and transparency across teams.
You will define and lead financial strategies, ensure robust financial planning, and maintain strong financial controls and compliance.
You will influence key business decisions, support growth initiatives, and drive long-term profitability.
You will manage the finance team, ensuring they provide sound economic analysis and business insights.
You will evaluate capital expenditures and contribute to business development planning and execution.
You will continuously improve financial systems, processes, and team capabilities.

Your profile

You have 10+ years of corporate finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role in a multinational environment.
You bring experience from both blue-chip corporations and smaller company settings.
You have commercial finance experience and a strong business acumen.
You are familiar with complex manufacturing environments and project-based business models.
You hold a BS/BA in a relevant business field; an MBA or other commercial qualification is a plus.
You are experienced in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing financial controls.
You demonstrate strong leadership, team development, and collaboration skills.
