- Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management or a relevant field;
- Experience in methodologies: Agile/ Scrum, Design Thinking;
- Functional experience in HR process;
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, advanced Excel;
- Excellent analytical, communication skills and attention to detail;
- Proactivity initiative, and sense of responsibility;
- Minimum experience 3-5 years;
- Knowledge of SAS, SAP/ SAP SF is a plus.
