If you like the sun and the sea then this city has lots to offer you!As a Healthcare Advisor, you will represent a newly launched on demand sport streaming service that will give sport fans the control and flexibility to watch their favourite sports. You will receive incoming queries mostly via email, where you will answer and solve issues in a timely manner. Assisting your clients with queries in regards to the use of the service, billing issues technical inquiries will be part of your daily responsibilities.We are looking for candidates who have:Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in ITALIAN and EnglishPrevious experience in a customer service roleComputer literateAbility to multitaskEagerness to learn and developThe interview process for this role is done remotely via phone and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful! Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: flight reimbursement, accommodation allowance for the first 3 months.
