For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit French Travel Advisors.The RoleAs a French Travel Advisor you will be working for a very well-known onlie travel agent that offer last-minute hotel deals in the US, Europe, Japan and Australia. You will receive incoming requests from travelers via email, live chat and Social Media in regards to their booking. Problem solving, assisting the customer in an efficient manner is important in this role. You might need to contact hotels via phone to solve any issues for the customer. This is a versatile and bilingual role where you will assist both English and French speaking customers.Requirements
Fluent French and English
Previous Customer service desired
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and attention to details
