- Lead the development and execution of vehicle re-marketing strategies across all Indie Campers' geographies, focusing on the successful resale of semi-new and second-hand vehicles through B2B and B2A channels.
- Build and manage strong relationships with dealers, auction houses, OEMs and other re-marketing partners, ensuring a seamless and high-quality sales experience across 21+ countries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align vehicle sales strategies with overall fleet management and operational goals, optimising transitions from rental and subscription phases to sales.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying market trends, negotiating agreements, and expanding our sales channels to meet business objectives and sales targets.
- Implement process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of vehicle re-marketing operations.
- Contribute to the long-term vision of positioning Indie Campers as a leading RV sales and re-marketing platform, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability for the business unit.
- 7-12 years of experience in sales within a multinational auto brand, fleet management company, auto trader, or e-commerce platform.
- Demonstrated expertise in structuring and scaling sales functions, with experience across both online and offline channels.
- Proven ability to engage with customers and partners across multiple geographies and industries.
- Strong track record of achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team success, with a natural commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Strategic thinker who uses data and instincts to identify opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
- Self-starter who can work independently while also being an effective team player.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required; German is a plus, and additional languages are advantageous.
