- Lead architecture discussions and requirements gathering workshops with customers
- Develop and deliver comprehensive design documentation, including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and test plans
- Provide technical leadership and guidance during solution staging, integration, and deployment phases.
- Advise customers on Nokia-validated design best practices and architecture principles to ensure optimal solution performance.
- Collaborate with deployment and integration teams to address and resolve design and architectural issues.
- Work in close coordination with Product Line Management and pre-sales teams to align technical solutions with customer expectations.
- Deliver expert consulting and professional services within complex, customer-specific project environments.
- Integrate cross-domain expertise, including cloud and data center networking, and provide ongoing post-deployment support as a trusted advisor.
- 5+ years of experience in IP routing and networking, including BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, QoS, L2/L3 VPNs.
- Strong understanding of Data Center Fabric design and IP Fabric architecture.
- Experience delivering consulting and professional services in customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with network automation, NetOps/DevOps methodologies, and tools.
- Proficient in designing and documenting HLD/LLD and executing test plans.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies like Kubernetes, VMware, AWS, GCP, or OpenShift.
- Hands-on experience with Nokia SR Linux and Event-Driven Automation (EDA).
- Working knowledge of competitor router platforms such as Cisco, Juniper, or Arista.
