This will significantly increase your chances of success.We are looking for a Data Engineer to join a forward-thinking team in the Energy sector. This role is focused on building and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring data privacy during transfers between environments, and supporting data backup solutions.Responsibilities

Design and develop robust data pipelines to facilitate the transfer of data between production and non-production environments
Apply data masking, anonymization, and other confidentiality rules during data transfers to ensure compliance and privacy
Build and maintain data pipelines for automated data backup and recovery processes

Requirements / Must be clearly listed on your CV

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Proven professional experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on data pipeline implementation
Solid experience working with Lakehouse architectures
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Apache Spark
In-depth understanding of AWS and its data services
Familiarity with Git version control
Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
Fluency in both Portuguese and English
