Descrição da FunçãoYour new CompanyA leading global company that develops advanced vehicle heating, cooling, roof, and battery systems to enhance comfort and drive sustainable mobility is looking for an Controller & Statutory Reporting (m/f/d).Your new roleThe Controller will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and transparency across the organization.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Forecasting & Analysis - P&L, balance sheets forecasts and cash flow forecasts;Reporting & Compliance - ensure compliance with both IFRS and local GAAP standards, oversee the statutory accounts and support internal and external audits;Controlling & Process Optimization - monitor and control budgets, identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements;Strategic Support - support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and risk assessment and act as the finance business partner to GBS service lines and operational teams.What you need to be successfulDegree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance roles within multinational or GBS;Strong experience with SAP FI/CO modules, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) and professional Power Point;Solid understanding and application of both IFRS and local GAAP standards;Proven track record in P&L, B/S, and cash flow forecasting;Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities;Ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial audiences;Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement;Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.What the company can offer youHybrid working modela;Annual Bonus;Fringe Benefits;Health Insurance;Enjoy stability and resources provided by a well-established, fast growing multinational company.Contactopara responder a este anúncio.
