This will significantly increase your chances of success.We are looking for an experienced and strategic Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of advanced marketing automation solutions. In this role, you will lead technical delivery across Marketing Cloud projects, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions that power personalized customer engagement and effective campaign execution.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Partner with marketing, CRM, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Oversee deployment and optimization of key Marketing Cloud modules, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Interaction Studio
  • Develop and maintain AMPscript, SSJS, SQL queries, and API integrations with external systems (e.g., CRM, CDP, web platforms)
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and campaign performance optimization
  • Mentor and support junior developers and other technical team members
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, best practices, and the latest MarTech innovations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong hands-on expertise with AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Proven track record integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms
  • Deep understanding of customer journey orchestration, segmentation, and personalization strategies
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with CDPs (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud), Datorama, or Tableau
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Industry-specific experience (e.g., retail, financial services, healthcare) is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks
