- Advanced Portuguese and English proficiency (written and spoken) – essential for internal and external communication.
- Intermediate Excel skills – must be comfortable using formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP, IF, SUM), filters, pivot tables, and spreadsheets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – professional, clear, and people-oriented.
- Team player mindset – able to work collaboratively across departments.
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail, especially when handling numbers and sensitive data.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

- Prior administrative experience – an advantage but not mandatory.
- Assist in monitoring and reconciling card transactions and payments.
- Input, check, and update data related to tolls, fines, and vehicle damage in the internal systems.
- Manage and maintain Excel spreadsheets and internal databases.
- Support the preparation of weekly/monthly reports for the coordinator.
- Liaise with other internal teams (e.g. accounting, front office) to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Monitor and organize the department’s shared inbox, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-up.
- Help identify and suggest improvements in daily workflows and documentation processes.
- Reliable, detail-focused, and eager to learn.
- Friendly, open, and solution-oriented.
- Able to take initiative while respecting established procedures.
- Comfortable with both repetitive tasks and dynamic situations.
