Descrição da FunçãoJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to support our online operations. This role involves assisting with product uploads, content management, inventory coordination, order processing, and optimizing the customer experience on our digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:· Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms· Maintain accurate inventory levels and pricing across all channels· Assist in writing and proofreading product descriptions and metadata (SEO)· Support daily order processing and liaise with team· Monitor customer inquiries and ensure timely, professional responses· Track online sales, website performance, and assist in reporting and analysisRequirements:· Previous experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role is a plus· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets· Understanding of basic SEO and digital marketing principles· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Highly organized with excellent attention to detail· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines· A proactive and collaborative mindsetPreferred Qualifications:· Knowledge of Google Analytics or other reporting tools· Understanding of HTML/CSS is a bonus· Fluency in multiple languages· PMS (HOST) knowledge is a plus· Channel manager & OTA's extranet knowledgeContactopara responder a este anúncio.
