In this role you will be responsible for:

Host Prioritization and Service Review with Business / Clients;
Communicate with stakeholders at all levels regarding the status of various IT initiatives in collaboration with Technical Project Leads and IT Manager;
Handle out-of-department communication and facilitate team-building activities;
Review Roadmap and Risk assessment in coordination with Architecture and Development;
Assist IT Manager in day-to-day tasks such as like time tracking, invoices.

YOUR PROFILE

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools;
Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools;
Experience in developing Executive Dashboards, Presentations, Business Vision;
Fluent in English;
Formal certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CSPO, PRINCE, etc. are considered a strong plus.
