  • Provide the management with all necessary information for the elaboration of economic and financial feasibility studies of the project;
  • Coordinate the economic and financial study of each real estate project;
  • Ensure that the defined construction strategy is implemented and adhered to;
  • Manage the real estate project in all phases and specialties;
  • Coordinate the analysis of real estate projects in their various phases;
  • Ensure compliance with defined objectives regarding costs and budgets;
  • Implementation of defined tender models;
  • Coordinate the preparation and launch of tendering processes for construction and supervision in all phases and specialties, analyze proposals, and approve the final award of proposals jointly with the respective Director;
  • Hiring and coordination of various teams: architectural and specialty designers, interior design, project management and supervision, cost controller, and other consultants applicable to each project (industrial kitchen, spa & wellbeing, lighting).
  • Effectively monitor the works and manage the supervision teams;
  • Ensure the final quality of the works, minimizing potential defects/future problems.
  • Ensure that the works are carried out according to the defined timelines;
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including promoting meetings with licensing authorities according to the project's specificity;
  • Ensure the implementation and compliance with hotel brand standards in design and fit-out for the operational phase;
  • Ensure the implementation and compliance with best practices for the operational phase (maintenance).
Role Requirements:
  • Master's / Bachelor's degree in civil engineering / architecture.
  • Over 10 years of professional experience.
  • Expertise in project management, including planning and tourism operations.
  • Skilled in implementing hotel brand standards.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in market knowledge and construction solutions.
  • Experienced in site management and handling high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and Autocad.
  • Competent in financial analysis and licensing regulations.
  • Effective communication and resilience in challenges.
