Financial Controller

• Ensuring the effectiveness of the internal control environment;
• Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations (local and international);
• Map processes and create detailed control flowcharts;
• Identifying areas for improvement and proposing robust financial control measures;
• Support and collaborate on digital transformation projects;
• Developing corporate governance reports and risk indicators;
• Collaborate with the Accounting and FP&A areas in defining controls and reporting;
• Analyse and address risk areas in financial transactions.
• Support internal audits and lead strategic financial initiatives.

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Management or equivalent field;
• Minimum of 3 years experience in auditing (Big Four experience preferred);
• Solid knowledge of COSO, internal control and IFRS;
• Fluency in English (required) and Spanish (plus);
• Good knowledge of SAP (valued);
• Excellent command of Office 365 tools, especially Excel;
• Ability to work with multicultural and international teams;
• Critical thinking, autonomy, proactivity and focus on process improvement.
