AI Engineer

• Partner with clients to spot high-value AI opportunities and frame problems with measurable ROI.
• Design and ship end-to-end solutions: discovery prototyping evaluation hardening production monitoring.
• Build with todays stack: LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, prompt engineering, function/tool calling, evaluation frameworks, guardrails.
• Own the engineering bits: APIs, data pipelines, CI/CD, observability, cost/perf tuning, and documentation of architecture & lessons learned.
• Champion responsible AI practices: privacy-by-design, bias testing, reproducibility, and clear model/product telemetry.

• 3+ years building ML/AI in production (mid to senior).
• Strong Python or TypeScript; solid algorithms and software design (OO/functional).
• Hands-on with ML/Deep Learning and NLP = Natural Language Processing (transformers/embeddings), plus experience with REST APIs, NoSQL and RDBMS.
• Comfort with a major cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) and containerization.
• Bonus: RAG at scale, vector stores (Pinecone/pgvector/FAISS), LangChain/LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Triton/ONNX, feature stores, MLflow, K8s, Databricks, Vertex/Azure ML.
