Senior Backend Developer

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance services using Java and Spring Boot, writing clean, efficient, and well-tested code, following best practices and coding standards;
• Deploy and manage cloud-based applications using Docker and AWS;
• Design and interact effectively with PostgreSQL databases, as well as performing API testing with Postman to ensure reliability and performance;
• Collaborate in an agile team environment, working closely with stakeholders across locations, being able to contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other similar area is a plus;
• At least 7 years of experience in backend development with Java;
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture;
• Solid knowledge of Docker, AWS, and PostgreSQL;
• Previous experience with API testing tools, particularly Postman;
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban;
• Autonomous, collaborative, and team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
