- Deliver outstanding support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high service standards
- Work with internal tools and stay up to date through training
- Native Russian speaker
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- Valid European passport or Portuguese work permit (no sponsorship available)
- Immediate availability
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, 24/7 Monday to Sunday (8 hours/day)
- Two rotating days off per week
- Must be located in Porto – on-site role only, remote work not possible
