- Coordinate and manage Tier 1 initiatives end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Maintain visibility and tracking for Tier 2 initiatives, escalating risks and dependencies as needed.
- Serve as the single source of truth for initiative ownership, status, risks, and progress across teams.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation using AI agents and workflow simplification.
- Lead efforts to reduce manual overhead and streamline delivery processes.
- Proactively identify delivery bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve throughput.
- Design and deliver training programs on tools, standards, and delivery best practices.
- Track and report on delivery performance, initiative velocity, and team effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to provide actionable insights to teams and leadership.
- Drive proactive mitigation planning and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
- Ensure risks and issues are visible, contextualized, and tied to delivery outcomes.
- Substantial of experience in project management, delivery operations, or a similar role in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, delivery frameworks, and product development lifecycles.
- Proven experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and automation platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
- Passion for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Co-pilot) and automation platforms.
- Familiarity with OKRs and strategic planning frameworks.
- Background in product operations or technical project management.
