You will handle the receipt, verification, and entry of orders, ensuring every detail is accurate and complete. Collaborating closely with sales, logistics, and production teams, you will manage change orders and oversee all technical and commercial aspects of the orders. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating transport logistics and customs processes, while also managing financial topics related to the orders. Imagine being the key point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely updates and resolving any inquiries that arise!How You'll Make an Impact

You will process and execute customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness at every step.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and manage change orders effectively.
Oversee the transport and customs processes for equipment, coordinating with forwarders and internal teams.
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, maintaining accurate records of transactions.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

A degree in Electromechanical Engineering, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in order processing, logistics, or a related area, showcasing your technical proficiency.
Native Portuguese language skills, with advanced proficiency in English.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order entry and documentation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks effectively.
