  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in 2–3 full-cycle application development projects
  • Solid understanding of Waterfall methodologies (requirements gathering, solution design, acceptance testing, support)
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum)
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
  • Basic technical knowledge of integration and development components
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and modeling languages like UML/BPMN
  • Strong communication skills in Portuguese (Portugal) for both formal and informal settings, including meetings, reports, and presentations
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
