  • Offer customers accurate legal advice on relevant laws, regulations, and policies, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Address legal-related questions, concerns, and disputes efficiently while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and explaining legal concepts, terms, and agreements to clients.
  • Stay updated on legal requirements and help customers adhere to industry-specific regulations and policies.
  • Work with legal departments, compliance officers, and customer service teams to resolve complex legal issues and improve customer experience.
Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:
  • Have a high level of English, oral and written (C2) and fluent in German or French (C1)
  • Have the ability to explain complex legal terms in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
  • Have strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Have Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and compliance standards
  • Are comfortable using digital tools, legal databases, and Microsoft Office
