- CRM strategy definition integrated into the sCore strategy;
- Analyzing data to inform and drive business development and campaigns;
- Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing the execution of campaigns;
- Acting as a liaison between the IT/BI and CRM team to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns;
- Partnering with different stakeholders (Sales Force/ Digital/Commercial MKT, Loyalty/Stores/External Markets & TeleSales) to keep them informed about upcoming customer management initiatives;
- Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy;
- Working with IT to manage CRM systems and data warehousing;
- Main responsible for Customer lifecycle management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Management, Information Management;
- Previous experience in similar activities with CRM Platforms;
- Experience in team management;
- Knowledge of Agile and/or Scrum Methodologies (is a plus);
- Excellent data analysis skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel;
- Fluent in English is essential due to frequent interaction with international headquarters and boards;
- Strong mindset of continuous improvement and the ability to propose and implement innovative ideas
