- Lead and support end-to-end M&A processes, including target identification, valuation, structuring, negotiation, closing, and integration processes.
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes across financial, legal, commercial, and operational workstreams.
- Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials (teasers, information memoranda, management presentations, etc.).
- Support senior management in deal structuring and integration planning.
- Develop, review, and challenge business plans and financial forecasts for potential acquisitions and for the organization as a whole.
- Assist in evaluating capital structure options, including debt financing and equity capital raises.
- Support interactions with banks, investors, and external advisors (legal, tax, consultants).
- Contribute to the preparation of investment committee materials, board presentations, and internal strategic reviews.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting.
- Proven track record of executing complex transactions and managing multi-stakeholder processes.
- Exposure to corporate finance projects, including business plan development, capital structure analysis, and financing.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise (Excel proficiency required; VBA or BI tools a plus).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to draft and present high-quality materials (PowerPoint, investment memos, etc.).
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple processes simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across senior management and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Education degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
