Job Opportunity: Croatian-Speaking Back Office Agent (On-Site in North West Germany)Location: North West Germany (near Dortmund and Düsseldorf)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Relocation Support: 2 months accommodation + up to 250euro travel reimbursement
Signing Bonus: 3,000euro (1,500 after 3 months + 1,500 after 6 months)We are looking for native or fluent Croatian speakers with a bachelors degree to join our team working with new AI technologies.
This is not a content moderation role instead, you will work as an AI evaluator, creating and reviewing written prompts and conversation flows that help improve advanced speech-based systems.Requirements

Native/fluent Croatian + good English (B2 level)
Bachelors degree (required)
Valid work permit for Germany or EU passport
Strong writing and analytical skills
Comfortable working on-site with different types of content
