Lead and develop a distributed HR IT team in the subdomain Applications | Cross Functions
Drive the further development of our HR IT landscape with a focus on SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
Partner with the functional HR organization across group, BA, and company levels to align priorities
Manage strategic HR IT projects from concept to implementation, including resource planning and budgeting
Ensure smooth HR IT operations, high service quality, and continuous improvement
Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the professional growth of your team members
Your profile
Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in HR IT, ideally in an international context
Strong expertise in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM and in HR process implementation
Proven track record in international project management and modern application service delivery
Knowledge of IT service management and delivery models (On-Premise, Hybrid, Cloud)
Experience in managing teams
Experience in managing a diverse portfolio of initiatives within the HR area
Excellent English skills, combined with strong communication and leadership abilities
Knowledge of German is an advantage
High sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and a service-oriented mindset
