- Assists line manager in building recommendations for annual compensation and benefits reviews;
- Creates new organization structures and updates existing career paths;
- Performs internal job evaluation and facilitates formal job evaluation process;
- Participates in HR efficiency enhancement and/or capital development programs such as “Career Development,” “Succession Planning”and “Competency Framework”;
- Manages most complex pricing requests, defining the compensation structure, in line with the approved guidelines;
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, summarizing key metrics and trends;
- Lead and facilitate the annual salary review process;
- Design and administer annual cash-bonus programs, considering organizational performance, departmental achievements, and individual Contributions;
- Recommends salary and benefits for staff internal (promotions/transfers) and external recruitment activities, as well as for new prospects pricing.
- English – C1 level (mandatory);
- Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience, with a focus on compensation and benefits;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including knowledge of lookups, pivot tables, and other functionality;
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with proven success in “telling a story”. Able to create visually appealing and effective materials to help drive decision making;
- Advanced numerical and analytical skills, being able to use data to propose changes to the compensation and benefits structure;
- Superior project management skills with proven success in meeting deadlines, anticipating gaps, and driving towards solutions;
- Proven success delivering high quality work product requiring a high level of attention to detail in the most complex situations.
