Senior Business and Cost Controller (M/F)

• Ensure accurate closing of financials for all group companies
• Manage inventory processes, including valuation, physical counts, and SAP reconciliation
• Maintain and optimize cost and profit structures, providing insights for strategic decision-making
• Prepare and support cost analysis and reporting for industrial operations and inventory
• Monitor CAPEX and fixed assets from a financial perspective, ensuring accurate reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely posting of intercompany material transactions
• Oversee internal and external audit processes related to inventory and assets
• Maintain and improve internal controls and procedures related to inventory, costing, and fixed assets
• Perform detailed financial reviews and support ad hoc analysis and projects across business units
• Support and monitor financial operations in international entities, particularly in Africa

• Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles
• Solid knowledge of cost accounting and fixed assets
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is highly valued

• Strong understanding of IFRS and general accounting principles
• Proficient in SAP (particularly in inventory and fixed assets modules)
• Advanced MS Excel and solid overall IT skills
• Fluency in English (advanced/fluent); French is a plus

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• High level of autonomy, organisation, and reliability
• Ability to interact with multiple departments and support international teams
• Proactive approach and readiness to contribute to process improvement and cross-functional projects
