Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate finishing their BSc or MSc degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with an accredited school.Responsibilities:Under the guidance of experienced professionals, the Trainee will:Automation:
- Support the analysis of existing processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Explore and research emerging GenAI technologies and their potential applications within CNS Services & Care.
- Assist in the development of proof-of-concepts and pilot projects utilizing GenAI.
- Learn about designing customer-centric solutions and experiences.
- Assist in mapping customer journeys and identifying pain points.
- Gain an understanding of cybersecurity best practices and principles relevant to innovation and automation initiatives.
- Support security assessments and compliance efforts related to new technologies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and ideation workshops.
- Conduct market research and analysis on innovation trends.
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate (within the last 1-2 years) with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Demonstrated interest in technology, innovation, and problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with automation tools or concepts (e.g., RPA, scripting) is a plus.
