- Achieve strategic objectives per customer - i.e. MS%, Net Revenue Trade Investment and Gross Margin
- Build long term partnership with the customers
- Manage the promotional strategy and execution (including trade budget management, assortment, primary and secondary visibility )
- Manage the negotiations with the customer in relation to RB commercial strategy and the customer trading terms
- Implement and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer
- Continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories
- Stimulate the teamwork and maintain a high motivation level
- Elaborate and allocate the quantitative and qualitative goals
- Supervise and challenge all investments made with costumers
- Cherish that the net is working with good conducts and according to the company philosophy and values
- Be aware to any complication and search immediate solutions
- Responsible for developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation
- 3 years of experience in a similar role in Cash & Carry.
- Educated to minimum bachelor degree level.
- Advanced English and Portuguese.
- Results oriented, tenacious and resilient.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial understanding of business issues / opportunities.
