We are building our Sales Advisor’s team for our new Concept Store - Fashion Clinic Carvalhal near praia do Pêgo.Our Team of ambassadors will be responsible for providing an excellent Customer experience journey in store and managing all store operationsThis role will be responsible for

Welcoming customers to our store and provide an exceptional Client experience in Store;
Be a Jncquoi ambassador representing it’s values and concept;
Show, promote and sell our brands and products and promote cross selling between Amorim Luxury Brands;
Provide the best client experience ensuring 100% satisfaction in each visit;
Manage all purchases, returns and exchange;
Continuously build and improve our CRM database with all our customers information and individual preferences respecting RGDP compliance;
Manage Store Inventories and stock control;
Manage Store visual merchandising;

About youWe are looking for highly motivated candidate´s, passionate about fashion and luxury retail who wish to belong to the Jncquoi Comporta Employees Community, with previous experience in similar roles; deep focus on customer service and service standards; excellent communication skills and empathy; availability to work weekends and night schedule; availability to work in Comporta area; fluency in English (other languages will be a plus).
