- Driving commercial activity in the Portugal, Spain, and France markets;
- Ensuring excellent customer relationship management;
- Expanding and developing the existing client portfolio and identifying new business opportunities;
- Coordinating the preparation and presentation of highly complex and/or large-scale technical-commercial proposals, involving multiple internal and external stakeholders;
- Ensuring technical and commercial accuracy of proposals, optimising the sales price and complementary conditions while safeguarding the company’s interests;
- Managing commercial processes in highly complex markets and businesses.
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, IT or equivalent;
- Experience and technical knowledge of equipment and solutions in the Electric Mobility sector (preferred);
- Existing network of contacts in the Electric Mobility sector (valued);
- Ability to analyse markets, segments, and competitors;
- Knowledge and agility in using ERP/CRM systems;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial roles;
- Strong negotiation skills and resilience;
- Good command of English; French will be highly valued;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Competencies in planning, teamwork, open communication, proactivity, and critical thinking;
- Availability for national and international travel.
