- FRESH is the IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and time-to-market. FRESH organization is the outcome of several convergences: between the Project & Systems teams of Group Finance, CIB Finance and RISK and their related IT teams. FRESH is part of the ITG organization (ITG in Europe and ITO overseas) with a threefold sponsorship by ITG, Finance and RISK (CIB-ITO; RISK Solutions and ITG-FIT)
- Part of FRESH, Master data is the team in charge of “Master Data” solutions for Finance and Risk. Main objective is to share “Master Data” across the group. It covers Referential, Nomenclatures and Dictionaries Solution
- The team works in close interaction with the Group CDO team to ensure BCBS 239 compliance and to improve Data Quality, the team is responsible to: Provide high quality Master Data Solutions; Design and deliver evolutions; Give a technical and functional support (training, users support level 1 & 2); Administrate the referential (data creation & modification, parameters management); Ensure a business monitoring (production monitoring); Define standards in governance, rules and exchanges; Manage redesign projects; Provide data quality monitoring
- Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities (BNPP Businesses)
- Ensure end user support (Back Office, Finance team, and others) and resolve production and accesses issues
- Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers
- Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate in place of customers
- Follow-up on production support, incident management, and prepare reporting
- University degree, or equivalent by experience, in IT, Computer Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Information Management, or other related fields
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, with a high command in Excel
- Good communication skills in English and in French, written and spoken
