Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs.
  • Resolve issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
